When I began writing Mandate of Shadows, I wasn’t searching for conspiracy, I was tracing patterns. Every archive led to another silence, another decision made in the name of order, another map drawn to divide and control. What started as a novel became a mirror, reflecting how much of the past still breathes in the present.

This isn’t just a blog about a book. It’s a dossier of thoughts — fragments, questions, and reflections on the systems that decide who gets to speak, and who must remain quiet. Sometimes I’ll share pieces of history that inspired scenes in the story. Other times, I’ll look at how narrative can expose what politics conceals.
